Focal Model: In both Will and Mind Models, the Focal model consists of step one in Model One, step two in Model Two, step three in Model Three and so on to step 18 in Model 18.      By focusing on the key step in each of the 18 models, correlation in all the models is demonstrated. The difference in each model is vocabulary, not meaning. Each step is color coded according to the color-spectrum logo.
