Choice has Consequences

Willpower makes a choice. Hopefully, the choice is well thought-out. Wrong choices mislead, so choice matters. A choice made on biased awareness invites characteristic errors that produce an effect. If not corrected or correctable, the effect is flawed,      Will uses the Mind to choose, but the mind is also used to justify a poor choice! Then, rationalization is substituted for rational.      Fortunately, understanding the potential for error can lead to reasonable choices. But errors can be made willfully!

Being aware. Conscious awareness. Consciousness enables perception. Perception enables observation. Observation sees effects. Effects have causes. Aware of cause and effect. Learns from cause and effect. Learns from effects. Knows of stimulus. Knows behavior is stimulated. Knows certain behavior. Knows behavior matters. Knows certain effects. Knows of other effects. Knows causes and effects. Knows of choice. Knows results of choice.

Generalize - One insight is all awareness. Personalize - Aware of only own consciousness. False evidence - Uses consciousness for perception. False comparison - Misinterprets observations. Emotional reasoning - Considers only effects. Blind acceptance - Considers only causes False relationship - Relates effect to wrong cause. Pre-conception - Rigid ideas limit learning. False construction - Misapplies effects. Invalid conjugation - Connects to wrong stimulus. False credit - Credits the wrong stimulus. Jump to conclusion - Discredits behavior. False cause - Credits the wrong behavior. Wishful thinking - Imagines effects. False identification - Confuses effects. False context - Refuses relationships. Denial - Denies choice. Prejudice - Doesn't see choice.

Though the purpose is to choose well, error provides a poignant learning experience. Choosing unwisely leads to willful error behavior.
