3. Objective. Objectives need to be resnably verified, Minor objectives may satisfy the major goal that resolves the concern. If the minor objectives betray the major goal, what need to be changed? regrettably, to appear consistent, betrayals are treated as aberrations, and the major goal, though faulty, is maintained.
